GAZA, (PIC)-- Ismail Haneyya, the premier of the Palestinian government, on Sunday declared the victory of the Palestinian people over the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, calling for sending an international committee to investigate the war crimes committed by Israel in Gaza.
In a televised speech, Haneyya stressed the need for a full and unconditional withdrawal of IOF troops, opening the crossings and lifting the siege.
He said that this victory would be a springboard towards the restoration of national unity and the launch of internal dialog in order to reach genuine and comprehensive national reconciliation.
The premier noted that his government during the aggression was working diligently to provide aid in spite of the ferocity of the Israeli aggression, announcing that the government would also provide relief and emergency assistance to all affected families and citizens and would be embarking on restoring what was damaged by Israel.
