Ghassan Daghlas, in charge of settlement activity north of the West Bank, said that a group of armed settlers attacked citizens who went out of their homes in Orif and Qasra villages to enjoy the scene of snowflakes falling from the sky.

He said that Tarek Al-Safadi from Oris village and Ammar Samer from Qasra village were injured in the shooting.

He added that Safadi was hit with a bullet in his leg and was hospitalized in Nablus.
