OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- Al-Aqsa foundation for endowment and heritage said that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) intensified its excavations at Al-Maghariba Gate ramp to the west of the Aqsa Mosque.

In a report, the foundation stated that the IOF raised the number of diggers and their working hours, and expanded the area of its excavations.

It affirmed that the IOF intends to expand soon Al-Buraq square for Jewish rituals and open a chapel for women beneath Al-Maghariba Gate ramp.

The foundation added that the workmen destroyed most of the Islamic ruins and monuments at the dig site.
