JENIN, (PIC)-- The Israeli occupation authority transferred detained Islamic Jihad leader Khader Adnan, 33, to hospital after his health deteriorated due to cruel investigation means and two weeks of hunger strike.

Relatives of Adnan told the PIC on Monday that he was rushed from Jalama detention center to the Ramle prison hospital on Friday, noting that he has been on hunger strike since his detention on 17/12/2011.

They underlined that Adnan was subjected to physical and psychological torture since his detention.
