GAZA, (PIC)-- A Palestinian farmer was seriously wounded in Israeli occupation forces’ shooting to the east of Deir Al-Balah in central Gaza Strip on Monday morning.

The PIC reporter said that the young man was hit with two bullets in his chest and hand in Abul Ajeen area, east of Deir Al-Balah.

He added that the youth was transferred to Shifa hospital in Gaza city in view of the seriousness of his condition.

The incident came only two hours after Palestinian resistance blasted an Israeli army jeep east of southern Gaza with no casualties reported.
